- 5 Deadlifts: 135lbs, Level II-.
- 10 Burpees: Rx.
Then, immediately following with no rest:
- Row 1000m: Rx. 4:22; 2:06 first 500m, 2:16 second 500m.
I desperately need to get better at rowing! I also should have gone heavier on the deadlifts. Eh. Next time!
